The Genmark Clip-on Genset is designed for easy mounting directly on your (reefer) container. It has a standard pin mount system however it can also be supplied with clamp mounting, often used with tank containers. Due to the low fuel consumption and large fuel tank our Clip-on unit ensures a maximum amount of operating hours. With a Tier4F and CARB compliant engine, the Genmark Clip-on genset will also be available for the USA market.

Easy to use, built to last

A Clip-on unit can often be exposed to high G-forces and is tested extensively on vibrations. When for example a unit is mounted on a container or chassis, when the unit is used on train carriages or when road conditions are bad, the unit is exposed to side shifts and heavy vibrations. The Genmark Clip-on unit is designed to handle all these extreme forces. The Genmark Clip-on is built to last for years to come!

Thanks to the increased oil sump, containing 13,5 litres of oil (15W40), the maintenance interval is reduced to once every 1.000 hours, or once a year. The unit is designed in a way that the full service can be done without dismounting the unit from the chassis. The 4-cylinder Yanmar engine provides 18,9 kW which is equal to 25,7 hp at 1.500 rpm or 50 Hz, making our unit Stage 5 compliant.
